By Road:

Take the A40 Western Avenue to Greenford (Bridge Hotel junction/A4127 Greenford Road), go as if to join A40 to London but stay in the left hand lane & join the slip road parallel with the A40 (Runneymede Gardens). Follow the road to the end then turn left into Cayton Road, and you will find the ground at the end of the road.

By Rail:

Take the Thames Trains Greenford branch from Paddington (via Ealing Broadway and West Ealing) and alight at South Greenford. Cross the A40 Western Avenue by the footbridge and turn left off the bridge. Take the 1st turning right) Cayton Road) and the ground is ahead of you, at the other end of the road. (approximate journey time = 4 minutes walk from the platform).

By Tube:

Central line to Greenford Station. At the station entrance cross the road and turn to your right, then at the end of the row of shops take the 1st left turn (Uneeda Drive). At the far end of the road cross the main road via the zebra crossing and carry straight on along Bennetts Avenue. At the far end of the road you will come to CaytonGreenPark, and the clubhouse to Northolt RFC is ahead of you at the bottom of the grounds. (approximate journey time = 10 minutes walk from Greenford Station).
